HOW IT WORKS

Getting Started!

Meeting
We will meet with you on site. Discuss your ideas, needs and objectives. The project will be sketched out in broad strokes. Measurements and pictures will be taken and any initial questions will be discussed and answered.
Draft Plans
Based on the sketches, your unique scope of work and careful measurements, preliminary CAD plans will be drafted. The drafts will be provided for you to review for accuracy and approval, and revisions made as needed.
Final Plan Set
Permit-ready plans will be fine tuned and detailed to provide all of the information needed for code compliance and permit approval, as well as accurate construction by your contractor.
